MY BACKSTORY
I played by the rules. Go to school, get a job, and work for the rest of your life. Well, it took me ten years to finish my degree. Professionally, I made a mistake that short-circuited my career trajectory as Sales Director at Disney Institute based at the Walt Disney World Resort.
After floating my resume and turning down four jobs, my mentor said, you weren’t born to fit in; you were born to be brilliant. I knew in my soul that I was born for more, but I didn’t know how to break free of the limiting beliefs that held me down. I started reading books, kept a journal, and actively participated in life-coaching sessions.
Twenty years later, I am overflowing with more confidence and hope for a better future. As a result, it has enabled me to work with 2300 organizations in 54 countries. I’ve written 11 books and have 13 courses featured by LinkedIn Learning that have reached 400,000 professionals in 100+ countries.
